Our Soaring Hearts Program is all about supporting our communities. We believe that when we grow, we can help more people. We work closely with non-profit organizations and our employees to make a real impact through volunteer work and donations. The mission of the Soaring Hearts Program is to carry on the community stewardship that Eagle Rock Bank has championed for over 25 years. The values of our employees, customers, and shareholders led us to channel our efforts and deepen our impact in several key areas in our community.
Non-Profit Contributions
We are dedicated to uplifting our community through donations to non-profit organizations. Our Soaring Hearts program primarily aims to:
- Enrich our youth
- Show gratitude to our veterans and first responders
- Lift up those that struggle with mental health
- Empower people with disabilities
- Promote employee engagement by supporting organizations they are passionate about

Donation Request FormEmployee Grant Stipend
Our Employee Grant Stipend allows each employee to select a nonprofit of their choice annually. The bank contributes $250 per employee each year, empowering us all to collectively make a meaningful impact in our community.
Employee Volunteering
Our Employee Volunteering Program grants employees dedicated time to volunteer with various nonprofit organizations. Led by our Soaring Hearts Committee, we actively seek out engagement opportunities, including donation drives and meal deliveries for Meals on Wheels, fostering a culture of service and community involvement.
